[Gsll-devel] A few suggestions

GSLL has improved quite a bit from the last time I pulled the source.  Thank
you very much.  I have a few suggestions that that I think might find a
place in GSLL.  These are from my own set of GSL bindings I have been using
for work.

1.  Using Lisp functions as callbacks.  Check this out:
