[Gsll-devel] Best way to concatenate matrices?

Hi

I'm wondering what the preferred way of concatenating matrices
vertically is with GSLL? I can't seem to find any references to any
built-in function which does this, and what seems like the best way
using C gsl:

requires gsl_matrix_submatrix, which doesn't seem to be included in
gsll. Obviously it's not hard to write a pair of loops for this task
in general, but I was wondering if there was a smart way already that
I have missed?
