[gsharp-devel] semibreve (whole) position

Hi,

According to Ross (and to my experience) the semibreve rest should be
placed in the middle of a bar.  Probably this ought to be restricted
to bars where the semibreve rest is the only element, but that's
harder to implement than the global rule, which is implemented hackily
by the attached patch.
