I do recommend the book by Ted Ross.  It is very precise in some ways
and wonderfully vague in others.  A large part of the effort of
implementing the Gsharp algorithms has been to figure out what on
earth Ross might mean.

I believe you have write permission.  You should just go ahead and
do it.
