See my other reply -- there is a bunch of work yet to be done in these
areas.

My understanding is that at a minimum, one needs to call
IsDialogMessage() in order to get the proper tab and arrow key
behavior. I do that right now for dialogs (see the function
INTERCEPT-KBDNAV-MESSAGE function in thread-context.lisp,
and where that's called from in the DEFAULT-MESSAGE-FILTER
function in widget-utils.lisp).

It's possible that I've take a dialog-specific approach that could be
generalized a bit better for any kind of window, so if you have specific
ideas about this I'm interested in hearing them.

I'd be happy to look at any patches you want to submit. Probably the
best thing to do is to upload them using the patch tracker at SF.net.
Don't be alarmed if it takes a few iterations before I decide I'm happy
enough to apply patches, we'll just take it one step at a time.
