[fset-devel] Patch to facilitate circular/shared printing.

Scott,

The tip of my fset repository[1] ports the four
PRINT-WB-{SET,BAG,MAP,SEQ} functions to use PPRINT-LOGICAL-BLOCK,
replacing depth/length stops handling and adding circular/shared
structure printing.
