[FileMaker and Lisp] New release of FM-PLUGIN-TOOLS / You can now build Mac Plug-Ins as well

Hi,

I've just updated the FM-PLUGIN-TOOLS library to version 0.2.8.
Together with the new version 5.1 of LispWorks which was released a
few hours ago, you can now build FileMaker Plug-Ins in Lisp for
Microsoft Windows /and/ Mac OS X (10.4 or higher on Intel).  Also, the
C "driver DLL" on Windows is no longer necessary.  For all changes
since the last public release (0.1.10) see the ChangeLog.
