[FileMaker and Lisp] Mac OS X Plugin Not Appearing

I'm attempting to use the RegexPlugin for FileMaker on a PowerBook G4  
running Mac OS X 10.5.5 with FileMaker Pro Advanced 9.0v3, but the  
plugin is not available after installing it in the appropriate folder  
and restarting FileMaker. Is the plugin compatible with my setup?
