[fetter-devel] constants not exported with +s

Looks like the export of constants is sans the bracketing "+"s.

eg, the export is of "GL-MODELVIEW-STACK-DEPTH"

The constant is (cl:defparameter +gl-modelview-stack-depth+ 2979)
