[fetter-devel] C++ Support

I finally checked the code for C++ support into Verrazano's CVS. It's not 
completely-complete (it's missing two features as described in the report I 
just sent), but its nifty nonetheless. The FLTK demo kinda sucks right now 
though. It will be improved as soon as I get callback support working 
properly in SBCL. I'll also post some stuff on the webpage about how to get 
the demos working.
