[fetter-devel] Verrazano and ncurses

I'm just using the standard GNU ncurses library, version 5.4-9Ubuntu,
which I guess is pretty inline with Debian.  There is a little
__cplusplus define at the start, but nothing else that looks like C++
specific.

Also - how do I pass a NULL pointer to a function?
