[eurolisp] Is this list needed/active?

Ah, I had totally forgotten that Tayssir started this list.  If nobody
knows how to reach him, I'd volunteer.  And maybe Arthur as well?
(He's on his way to Japan right now, so he probably won't reply in the
next days.)
