Thanks a lot, everybody.  I think this will be a great meeting and
I'm really looking forward to it.

We received some questions about the location of the meeting and the
dinners, by the way.  These aren't totally sure yet, but we'll let
you know as soon as possible.  Edi will probably create a mailing
list for all participants, and we'll also put this kind of information
on the web site.
