 We may should add some transaction diagnosis and tracing tools in the
 future, such as
 throwing a condition when too many @code{with-transaction} forms are
 nested dynamically.  Also easy ways to see what transaction forms and
 calls are being made so someone can watch the dynamic evolution of a
 transaction sequence.

 Probably best to wait and see what problems folks run into.
