So, based on the idea that Ben Lee and Andrew Blumenberg and myself
are far and away the largest code contributers so far, and that the three of us
agree to a an LLGLP release, it seems appropriate for me to plan
the next release as a LLGLP release.

It will take me some time to properly place the copyright notices and so forth.
My plan right now is to iron out the current OpenMCL bugs, and when
we are all green on OpenMCL, ACL (if I can get it tested there) and SBCL
then I will make a new release. This will probably be numbered 0.5.0 to
represent the license change, although the code and feature changes will
be relatively small.

And, obviously, this does not revoke the previously releases; anyone can
continue to use them and even fork the codebase if they prefer.

If anyone else has contributed code to the project and does not want
their code to be part of the LLGPL release, please state so publicly
here and we'll decide what to do about it then.
