[elephant-devel] unique object IDs and OIDs

A web application framework named web4r.

- The goal is "Enables users to develop web applications with the
shortest codes".
- It currently only works with the elephant v0.9, but I am working on
it to support the v1.0

I haven't written any document, but you can try some demos here:
(Firefox3 with enabling javascript is recommended.)
