[elephant-devel] [PATCH] Proper deadlock detection for BDB

Now with old detector.

The interface of START-DEADLOCK-DETECTOR is a bit confusing
now with all the key parameters, but normally it need not be
called by the user anyway.

Suggestions for untangling this are appreciated in any case.
