[elephant-devel] bdb-slots.lisp is missing

I just downloaded from CVS and am still getting missing bdb-slots.lisp.

Also, for the record, I my "out-of-the-box" my-config.sexp looks like:

((:berkeley-db-root . "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4")
 (:berkeley-db-include-dir . "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/include")
 (:berkeley-db-lib-dir . "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/lib")
 (:berkeley-db-lib . "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/lib/libdb-4.4.dylib")
 (:pthread-lib . nil)
 (:clsql-lib . nil)
 (:fast-symbols . nil))

on SBCL 1.0 for MacBook.

Once I get bdb-slots.lisp I will continue with the tests.
