[elephant-devel] Secondary indices

If I remove a secondary index from an indexed-btree, what happens to the 
underlying Berkeley DB storage?  It appears that any secondary values 
written just stick around rather than being removed via remove-kv or 
something like it.  Is that a correct assessment?  I'm just thinking 
about what happens if a user explicitely wants to drop a secondary 
database and reclaim any related storage.
