[elephant-devel] License Discussion

For the code that I have written, I am completely in accordance with
this
suggestion to use the LLGPL.

However, Ben and Andrew and others are really the primary authors;
unless
we reach consensus with them, and perhaps others, I don't see how we 
can make the switch.
