[elephant-devel] Latest CVS loading.

I'm not sure why that's happening, but you don't need to enter requires
for both modules, just require the backend of interest such as (require
'ele-bdb) and everything will get loaded properly.  I split out an extra
asdf file so each backend could depend on it.
