Janusz had no plans to release his talk in any form and as far as I know
it
is still so. But it is better to ask Janusz directly.

Michael is from Accenture and I had the word from them about audio talks
that
it was prohibited to publish any talks from Accenture (but not so sure
about
lightening talks).

Also SISCOG had a no-go policy for their audio talks.
