[eclm] Will anyone be early to Amsterdam?

I'll arrive on Saturday morning (my flight is scheduled for arrival at
9am). I was thinking to drop some stuff at my hotel and then go to the
conference place... will there be anyone around there?
I was too late for registering for the guided tour...
