[eclm] Invoice

Hi,

Because we're going through the newly-founded CLF this year, we'll be
able - for the first time - to hand out "official" invoices/receipts
during the conference.  We haven't worked out the details yet, but I
guess it should be possible to have separate invoices for the
conference and for the "social" events.
