I noticed that at the ECL REPL (not slime's), I can interrupt a<br>
loop using CTRL-C which works fine and presents the debugger with a :r0<br>
CONTINUE restart. The restart also resumes the operation, although<br>
from then on if I do try to interrupt again ECL exits, as if the SIGINT<br>
handler is not restored. Is it a known issue?<br>
