<font color='black' size='2' face='arial'><font size="2"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">My ECL-9.12.3 in both Windows (MinGW) and Linux (Puppy) build, CFFI seems to be broken, while in earlier versions of ECL it worked quite well. In addition, ECL doesn't seem to recognize the .eclrc in the root directory as it used to in earlier versions.<br>
