Sorry for not telling the compiler's version: MSVC 2005. I also have

MSVC 2008 installed but I have never had problems with MSVC 2005

before. I do set environment starting: c:\Program Files\Microsoft

Visual Studio 8\vc\bin\vcvars32.bat<br>

Basically the same errors as Jyrki. Did you use VC 2008 as well? As I

said, I had no problems with version 2005.
