Yes!  That and `(push :cl+ssl-foreign-libs-already-loaded)` made eql5-sfos work, thanks.

I think that's enough to attempt the same for my apps tonight.

Still, it's quite some hoops and extra hacky code that is needed and I'm wondering if it is worth the trouble just to ship a statically compiled app.
