Known issue.  I thought I checked in a tiny (temporary) fix for this,
but I guess I didn't.  I'll push the fix shortly.

Oliver's issue seems different.  :rename-and-delete looks like the
keyword argument to OPEN, but I don't have 12.2.1 to test this.
