[Ecls-list] drakma on ecl: "Your Lisp does not support weak value hash-tables"

I build ecl using msvc2010.

But when i quickload drakma(which uses cl+ssl),  the problem appears: "Your
Lisp does not support weak value hash-tables".

Any solution?
