[Ecls-list] ASDF-install patch

Hi,

I tried make Patch ASDF-install for ECL 12.2.1 on CentOS 6.x.
(I wish work this patch other platform)

o ASDF-Install download file temporary file is not gzip
o (asdf:oos ‘asdf:load-op ‘some-package) is fatal error
o using "ecu-curl"
