I'm cant turn off the Windows XP compatibility mode, because its already
turned off (on all ECL and MSVS 2010 files) :D
May be on x64 windows seven if build ECL with MSVC2010 need to add some
commands to nmake?
May it be because its not xpress but professional from microsofts
dreamspark program?
