[Ecls-list] can't pass c used embed ECL under mingw for window

I get answer.need define marco mingw32
gcc -Dmingw32 -Ld:\msys\1.0\local -Id:\msys\1.0\local
d:\msys\1.0\local\ecl.dll a.c -o a.exe
this work.
