I have uploaded a fix that also introduces a new operation
  (asdf:make-build :my-system :type :binary :move-here "./outptut/")

The operation :binary creates a replacement for the ASDF system consisting
on three files, a *.asd using the prebuilt-system class, a FASL and a
statically linked library.

Furthermore, :move-here now allows specifying a path and when it is T it
defaults to "./asdf-output/" so that a prebuilt system does not overwrite an
existing one.
