[Ecls-list] Code for @ macro/enabling @ in c code

What do you mean by enabling? ECL has a preprocessor for @ forms, named
'dpp' and which is installed in ${prefix}/lib/ecl-.../dpp This can be used
to parse the same forms that the ECL core understands but no more. In
contrast, C-INLINE allows a richer semantics, with @ being used to prefix
arbitrary symbols and lisp expressions.
