Screenshots and feature list looks great. I tried to compile it with

The license is simply the same as "inherited" from both "parents": LGPL.

I will always test it with the latest stable releases of both ECL and Qt.

Currently they are:
    * ECL 10.4.1
    * Qt 4.6.2

Please use only official releases of both.
(BTW, the current version of EQL is already 10.6.2.)
