And for anyone who's on the current 10.2.1 tree but not on CVS/git HEAD;
please update your ECL source checkout, and do not forget to purge
~/.slime/fasl/ after building a new ECL binary.

(With a EXT:+ECL-COMMIT-ID+ the manual purging of the fasl directory
could be got rid of. Any news about that?)
