[Ecls-list] Building Maxima in Cygwin with ECL 10.2.1

Right now, after a long process, I have realized that Maxima from CVS does
not build with ECL. Actually the automated build logs in
http://ecls.sourceforge.net/logs_lib.html should have given me a clue but I
came to think that the configuration was broken

The reason for this failure is that this version of Maxima assumes the
existence of built in classes for single-float, double-float and others,
which is not standard
http://www.lispworks.com/documentation/HyperSpec/Body/04_cg.htm

This feature can be added to ECL, but it would be nice if people asked
before breaking compatibility with arbitrary implementations.

I will try with version 20.1 to see whether I can reproduce the Cygwin
problems.
