[Ecls-list] Building Maxima in Cygwin with ECL 10.2.1

Hello,
I'm currently trying to build Maxima 20.1 under Cygwin 1.7 with ECL
10.2.1. Under Linux, this works perfectly; however, under Cygwin,
building goes pretty well for a while until it fails with
