Makefile in ECL's top source root mentions "make TAGS" but does not actually define such a rule. build/Makefile does contain a rule for TAGS though my version of etags does not provide a --langmaps option. I guess that's because the etags of mine is from GNU, and that Makefile assumes the other version available from sourceforge. -T.
