[Ecls-list] Serious error - RC canceled

TRUENAME, DIRECTORY and PROBE-FILE relied on chdir(), which alters the
global state of a program. This means they could not be used concurrently in
a multithreaded program -- for instance Slime and Swank.

I am working on a new implementation of these functions that is thread safe.
So far TRUENAME is finished and if testing succeeds tonight I will upload
the changes.
