[Ecls-list] asdf:make-build :move-here fails

In case people are interested: It turns out that the asdf cache directory 
*is* configurable:

(setf asdf::*user-cache* (truename "./lisp-cache"))

This also provides a work-around for the original problem, because it is 
desirable for me anyway to ensure that cache and final destination reside 
on the same file system.
