[Ecls-list] Loop when dividing by 0

ECL 9.10.2 build fine on 64-bit Debian Lenny.  However, typing

(TRUNCATE 1 0)

apparently enters into infinite loop.

I used only --prefix and --enable-rpath options to configure.
