[Ecls-list] About the upcoming release

Various problems --network, power outage, ubuntu upgrade-- made the test
farm go down in the middle of last week. Well, it was still producing logs,
but everything was badly broken. I am redoing the setup and moving to
virtualbox, which now supports NetBSD natively (and fast!).
