[Ecls-list] Added ECL to ohloh projects page

Hi Juanjo et al,
I discovered ohlo this morning (recently bought by sourceforge I believe)
and added myself in and looked up some of the tools that I use.
I found an entry for SBCL, but not for ECL, so I've added it as a project
and marked myself as a user of it.

I figure the more people know about ECL, the faster/better it will grow.
