[Ecls-list] New compiler notes

Hi,

I just noticed that while compiling ECL, I get LOT of new compiler notes
similar to

;;; Note: in file ext:rt;rt.lisp.NEWEST, position -1, and form
;;;   compiler preprocess


What are they supposed to mean?  They dominate the rest
of the diagnostics making all other useful info completely buried.
