Hi,

I seem to recall someone on the list mentioned that NetBSD _does_ run
under qemu.

I have just got a new 64-bits box to set up as a server for testing
and computation, but I have been so far unable to build a virtual
image for NetBSD. Problems are, among others,
- Virtualization does not work. NetBSD locks hard unless I use --no-kvm
- No way to get network going. FreeBSD seems to be happy with user
level networking, -net user -net nic, model=... NetBSD does not work
with any of the network models I have tested
- Emulation gets simply tooo slow. Right now it is unpacking the
distribution and I can not tell whether it is really unpacking or
locked.

I really would love to have a NetBSD image to regularly test ECL, but
things seem to get more difficult with every new release of the OS :-/
(BTW, this is NetBSD 5.0, and I am running Ubuntu + kvm, after giving
up on VirtualBox)
