[Ecls-list] make clean does clean

Sorry, seems I wrote too early: my ISP server is blocking me from
tream.dreamhosters.com This patch has been committed to CVS and to the
git repository in sourceforge (see ECL homepage) but it is still not
in tream.dreamhosters.com
