[Ecls-list] Preparing patch 9.12.2

This is what I want to get in there. Did anybody find any other problem?

ECL 9.12.2:

* Bugs fixed:

 - RANDOM broken on 64-bits architectures.

* Other changes:

 - Methods now show up in the debugger with their original name.

 - Enlarged the string buffers used for reading and parsing lisp data.

I will submit this probably tomorrow night or early Friday.
