[Ecls-list] CVS HEAD builds again on NetBSD

This is to confirm that a recent fix on CVS HEAD causes NetBSD builds
to succeed again here, this was broken for a little while after the
9.7.1 release (which release built fine, perhaps there was a GIT-CVS
synchronization mishap).  So it builds with no options and with
--enable-unicode.  There still is a problem with --enable-threads where
ecl_min crashes or endlessly loops depending on optimization flags, but
that never worked on a more recent ECL than 8.12.0/1.
